Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of complex applications. This role requires acting as the central liaison for various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across teams. The position demands overseeing project progress, addressing challenges proactively, and guiding the team towards successful delivery of application solutions that meet organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices related to financial consolidation and close processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle FCC applications to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the Oracle FCC environment.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system stability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
