Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, adapting features to align with organizational needs, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The position requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex MXTest.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications using standard tools and APIs.
- Strong understanding of release management processes and system stability practices.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Murex MXTest.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
