Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting and sharing insights gained from troubleshooting activities to enhance team knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and tools to increase operational effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management practices.
- Experience with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose issues.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems concepts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
