Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is a key aspect of the daily routine, along with continuous improvement of existing software to meet evolving business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work effectively within agile project environments, including sprint planning and iterative delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Experience in integrating software components across multiple systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
