Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Your typical day involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions. You will oversee the development process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that the applications meet the required standards and expectations. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tasks and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software products efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and configuring data models and reports within analytics platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software applications.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and best practices for maintaining data quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
