Project Role Description : Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases. Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

1. 10-12 years experience in ITSM, CMDB, TNI or HAM and/or ITOM development and support projects
2. Experience in managing ServiceNow projects
3. Good in client and people management
4. Good communication skills
5. Good experience in automation and driving automation initiatives
6. Experience managing AMS / Enhancements projects
7. Experience in managing transition from other vendors and client teams


Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring alignment with both business objectives and vendor requirements. The position demands proactive engagement with evolving technologies and strategic planning to support scalable and reliable software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, customization, and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment processes.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business and vendor constraints.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within packaged or Software as a Service platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
