Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to end-users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with Treasure Data CDP and TD Console operations.
- Strong expertise in SQL — Presto/Hive query optimization techniques.
- Experience building Treasure Data Workflows (DAG, TD CLI, TD API).
- Good understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data governance.
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and Tag-based ingestion.
- Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with Martech and AdTech systems such as:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Facebook/Google Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- CDP Implementation & Configuration
- Develop and enhance data pipelines and workflows within Treasure Data.
- Configure Treasure Data CDP components: ingestion, master segmentation, identities, and profiles.
- Data Ingestion & Integration
- Build connectors for batch and streaming data ingestion (API, SFTP, Cloud Storage, Kafka, etc.).
- Integrate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data sources ensuring data quality and governance.
- Data Processing & Modeling
- Write and optimize Presto/ Hive SQL queries and transformation logic.
- Implement identity resolution, schema standardization, and customer profile unification.
- Audience Management & Activation
- Design and maintain audience segments for personalization use cases.
- Set up activation channels such as CRM, ESP, e-Commerce, Social and Advertising platforms.
- Automation & Monitoring
- Build scheduled workflows using TD Workflow (DAGs), automation, and alerting.
- Maintain optimization, performance tuning, and error troubleshooting.
- Compliance & Security
- Ensure privacy-first data usage aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise data policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with marketing and analytics teams to define business rules, KPIs, and data requirements.
- Collaborate with architecture teams to align with scalable Martech ecosystem design.
- Own the market requests and assign them to right teams. Ensure each request is responded with due diligence.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Data Platform & Integration.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with various software development life cycle methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad /Pune office.
