Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The engineer acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving the successful delivery of software components. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects of the daily routine, along with continuous communication to align efforts across different teams and departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable user interfaces using component-based architecture.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features, including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
