Summary:
As a Business and Integration Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive integration strategies that connect various endpoints and manage data flow to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire project life-cycle, from initial requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing operations. The professional collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and smooth execution of projects, continuously monitoring and refining processes to support business goals effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration frameworks that support business needs.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and best practices.
- Experience with designing and managing data flow architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software development life-cycle processes including testing and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
