Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and operational goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting processes and providing insights to improve operational efficiency, all while fostering a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
- Ability to analyze logs and metrics to identify trends and issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
