Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation across multiple platforms. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and supports continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall service quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system uptime.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Software License Management.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex software licensing issues.
- Experience with software asset tracking and compliance management processes.
- Ability to work with various software licensing models and vendor agreements.
- Familiarity with tools and platforms used for license monitoring and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Software License Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
