Project Role Description : Define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. Define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production. Develop procedures, product specifications and define the quality standards and inspection methods.

Summary:
As a Process and Manufacturing Engineer, your day involves designing and establishing efficient methods to fabricate, assemble, inspect, and test new products and machinery. You will focus on creating and refining production processes that align with engineering and design principles. Your role includes determining the necessary tools and fixtures to support manufacturing activities, developing detailed procedures, specifying product requirements, and setting quality standards along with inspection techniques to ensure product excellence throughout the production lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Document and communicate process changes and improvements to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of process design and manufacturing principles related to product fabrication and assembly.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality standards and inspection methods to maintain product integrity.
- Ability to design and specify production tools and fixtures that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Skilled in creating detailed procedural documentation to support consistent production outcomes.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues within manufacturing processes to minimize downtime.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
