Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, conducting user research, and iterating on design solutions that enhance usability and accessibility. You will also engage in discussions to align design strategies with business goals, ensuring that the user experience is both effective and enjoyable for all users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and refine design concepts.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of user experience design.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Visual Design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch or Figma.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
