Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any emerging challenges. - Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and ensure transparency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language). - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
