Summary:
As a Responsible AI Engineer, you will assess AI systems for adherence to predefined thresholds and benchmarks related to responsible, ethical, and sustainable practices. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing technology mitigation strategies to ensure that ethical and responsible standards are achieved across various AI applications. You will collaborate with diverse teams to evaluate the impact of AI technologies and contribute to the development of guidelines that promote responsible AI usage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote awareness of responsible AI practices.
- Conduct regular audits of AI systems to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Responsible AI and Python skill
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies related to AI technologies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform responsible AI practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for AI.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
