Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement business strategies to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur Functional. - Strong understanding of business processes and systems. - Experience in assessing business models and technology integration. - Knowledge of process design and optimization. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Openlink Endur Functional. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
