What would you do? Provide Sales process support to client teams, Ecosystem Sales Directors, other internal operations teams, and interfacing functional areas. Work closely with the Resale leads in supporting order execution and process application for client teams. The Global Specialized Resale Team works closely with sales enablement teams across the globe and our strategic technology partners/alliances, to drive resale of Cloud subscription technology and services through our client IT and Procurement organizations. The team supports clients across Market Units in all geographies. Our goal is to build our Ecosystem relationships with key Cloud technology partners (including Microsoft, Google, Amazon) in order to provide resale revenue opportunities for our Ecosystem Clients across MUs. An Ecosystem Sourcing Analyst needs to have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to work closely with the sales and finance teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements: • Oral & written communication skills • MS Office Tools i.e. Excel and Powerpoint • Extreme attention to detail and thrives working in a fast-paced environment Educational Qualification: Must have: Undergraduate degree English language fluency (oral and written) Good to have: Degree in Finance or related field Skills & Work Experience: Must have: A minimum of 1 year of experience in procure-to-pay or quote-to-cash, with proven track record in the Finance field. Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to prioritize own workload and manage downstream stakeholders and resources. Good to have: Experience with working with Cloud providers such as Google, Microsoft or Amazon. Strong oral and written communications skills. Quality assurance/thoroughness. Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance. Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment. Other requirements: Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs. Must have excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include: • Work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to work in rotating shift • Demonstrate knowledge of Sales Operations and how to support stakeholders with the expertise in specific area of responsibility • Demonstrate knowledge of supporting tools such as SAP and ServiceNow • Work efficiently using Google Workspace and Microsoft Applications • Assist with end-to-end resale process which includes quoting, provisioning, and invoicing. • Execute order entry and provisioning for Cloud resale transaction and internal teams • Monitor and review all Cloud deals closed for quality control and accuracy in accordance to internal policies • Support global Ecosystem Sales Directors (ESDs) and Ecosystem Sales Enablement (ESEs) on Cloud Operations • Support ESEs on tracking resale orders in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.
