What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Creative design is a process that uses digital and physical design tools and core design training to create comps and final art that bring creative concepts to life for marketing purposes.
What are we looking for? Proven experience in graphic design or creative production, ideally in an adaptation or localization environment. Previous working experience of creatives designed for ecommerce platforms. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong eye for design consistency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with project management tools and collaborative platforms. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities: The Adaptation designer is responsible for adapting master creative assets into various formats and specifications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. You will also oversee multiple quality control (QC) processes and manage internal workflows and communication with key stakeholders. Adaptation Design: Transform master creative assets into localized or format-specific deliverables for eCommerce platforms (e.g., resizes, language changes, platform-specific adaptations), ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand standards. Quality Control: Perform detailed quality checks on design elements, layout accuracy, and overall visual integrity across all adapted materials & ensure all copy, legal text, and product information is correctly placed, formatted, and free of errors. File Archiving: Maintain organized and accessible archives of project files, ensuring proper version control and naming conventions. Communication: Communicate effectively with necessary stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and expectations. Ticket Management: Monitor and ensure ticket hygiene, ensuring timely updates and resolution of tasks and feedback loops.
