About the Role

As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, you will contribute to the design and development of engineering systems for physical products, ensuring performance, reliability, and integration across components. You will play a key role in transforming engineering concepts into functional solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engineering systems, including architecture, functionality, and integrations

  • Define system features and ensure alignment with overall product requirements

  • Conduct simulations and testing methodologies to validate engineering designs

  • Perform Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) to identify and mitigate risks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support successful system integration

  • Manage feature implementation plans and track engineering deliverables

  • Provide technical insights and solutions to resolve complex engineering challenges

  • Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to team discussions

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience in systems engineering, design, and development

  • Strong understanding of engineering architecture and system integration

  • Intermediate proficiency in Technical Writing for documentation and reporting

  • Experience with engineering simulation and validation methodologies

  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities effectively

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with Controller Area Network (CAN) technologies

  • Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies

  • Exposure to product development lifecycle and engineering best practices

  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
