Delivery Lead

- Drive incident and outage management, ensuring timely investigation and restoration.
- Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent future incidents.
- Track and facilitate the acceptance of changes within production environments.
- Operate information technology production services in alignment with established protocols and service agreements.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Required:
- Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management
- Advanced proficiency in Business Operation Maanagement
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of studies
