This role will involve sharing expertise in Service Desk Management to support these collaborative efforts. Ensure production systems are available and operating according to defined service level agreements. Drive incident and outage resolution while maintaining clear and timely communication. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Intermediate problem solving skills. Advanced communication skills. Beginner conflict resolution skills. Intermediate organizational skills. Advanced customer service skills.
