• Lead vulnerability management activities, including network assessments, VAPT/WAPT coordination, risk prioritization, and remediation tracking
• Oversee implementation and day‑to‑day operations of IAM platforms, including authentication policies, SSO/federation, and certificate lifecycle management
• Manage cryptographic key management systems (KMS), including key lifecycle processes, access controls, and system resilience
• Provide technical security guidance to internal teams and customers, including architecture reviews and control validation
• Support security audits, due diligence, and compliance activities (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, MAS TRM, PCI DSS)
• Monitor and report on security posture through dashboards, risk registers, and regular stakeholder reporting
• Lead incident investigations related to IAM, encryption, and security infrastructure
• Mentor and develop cybersecurity team members while promoting best practices and operational excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability management, IAM, and key management systems
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Rapid7, OpenVAS)
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, PKI, and secure communications (TLS, encryption at rest/in transit)
• Experience implementing and supporting IAM platforms (e.g., IBM Security Access Manager or similar)
• Familiarity with Linux systems and production environment troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders
