The Instructor Senior Analyst is a multifaceted role that does instructional design work and delivers training on using the SPIN Sales Methodology and other sales capabilities, helping sales professionals strengthen discovery conversations, uncover customer needs, and improve sales effectiveness through structured questioning and messaging refinement. The role will also evaluate existing training efforts to analyze the effectiveness and ROI to the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build targeted programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and overall impact for sales and support teams in the region.

  • Deliver sales training and workshops using the SPIN Sales Methodology to improve seller performance, customer engagement, and opportunity development.

  • Provide on-the-job coaching and sales messaging calibration.

  • Conduct learning virtual and in-person for new and experienced employees.

  • Perform needs analyses and make training recommendations.

  • Establish a feedback loop between learning and leadership.

  • Create, schedule, and coordinate classes.

  • Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development.

  • Build relationships with managers, employees, and the vendor

  • Utilize the Learning Management System to administer courses, surveys, register class participants, analyze training data, and create training reports as needed.

  • Escalate issues posing business risk to management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, sales training, sales mentoring, or sales leadership

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in successfully leveraging the SPIN Sales Methodology

  • Proven ability to create sales process, methodology or upleveling training sessions from topic identification through delivery

  • Experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Manager, or Team Lead

  • Experience with sales organizations operating in a virtual environment 

  • Experience in Digital Advertising Sales

  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to own a room and influence sellers 

  • Clear and effective communication skills 

  • Autonomous, organized and structured 

  • Strong time management skills 

  • Strong public speaking skills with proven ability to deliver materials clearly and effectively 

  • Presentation design skills with proven examples of clear, concise and engaging training decks or modules 

  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment, balancing strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution 

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders and subject matter experts 

  • Able to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks 

  • Certifications or degrees in adult learning, public speaking, instructional design, sales training or similar

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
