  • Based on the methodology defined, support NEO local team in the coordination of data cleansing
  • Onboard the local team for the migration of the data under their responsibility: Leading onboarding workshops, supporting the team in defining the migration approach specificities and mapping
  • Validate the data migration deliverables
  • Ensure all tasks related to their objects are delivered within the defined timeline, proactively anticipating risks and coordinating with adjacent objects and teams
  • Act as first line of support for migration defects and data issues
  • Support application owners by providing inputs for data propagation and downstream impacts
  • Lead post-migration REX definition for the assigned scope and entity
  • Expert proficiency in SAP Financial Accounting.
  • Expert proficiency in SAP Data Migration.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of their objects
  • System knowledge (SAP, EBX)
  • Solid understanding of data quality & flows: ETL, reconciliation/validation
  • Ability to engage local to understand their context and propose most appropriate migration approach, in line with methodology
  • Transversal management, animating Tech/Business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage cross-object dependencies and operate effectively within a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem
  • E2E understanding of data quality impacts on migration/processes
  • Strong affinity with problem-solving with a pragmatic delivery mindset
