Role Overview

As an Oracle Cloud Talent & Learning Associate Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of Talent Management and Learning solutions on Oracle HCM Cloud. You will own the functional solution end-to-end, configuring modules such as Performance, Goals, Succession, Career Development, Talent Review, and Oracle Learning, while guiding clients through design decisions, testing, and go-live.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Learning solutions across all project phases.
  • Configure and deliver core Talent modules, including Performance Management, Goals, Career Development, Succession Planning, Talent Review, and Oracle Learning Cloud.
  • Translate complex business requirements into system configurations, business rules, and well-defined process designs.
  • Facilitate discovery and design workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements, solution approach, and adoption strategy.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between Talent processes, Core HR data structures, and downstream reporting.
  • Lead SIT and UAT cycles, go-live readiness activities, and post-deployment stabilization.
  • Partner with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and reporting (OTBI / BI Publisher).
  • Champion continuous improvement and embed best practices across Talent processes.
  • Mentor team members and build capability across HCM modules.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong functional and configuration expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
  • Proven hands-on experience in solution design and configuration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
     

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Learning Cloud and the Skills / Dynamic Skills framework.
  • Strong working knowledge of Core HR, reporting tools (OTBI / BI Publisher), and integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations and drive cross-team decisions.
