LLM Model Developer
En Accenture, estamos impulsando la próxima generación de experiencias conversacionales basadas en Inteligencia Artificial por voz. Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a Conversacional IA especializado/a en voz, con sólida experiencia en AWS y ElevenLabs, para diseñar e implementar agentes conversacionales naturales, escalables y de alta calidad.
Serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar soluciones conversacionales por voz, combinando NLP, TTS y ASR, e integrando tecnologías avanzadas para crear experiencias fluidas, personalizadas y con baja latencia, alineadas a estándares de seguridad y cumplimiento.
🛠️ Responsabilidades clave
Diseñar y orquestar agentes conversacionales utilizando AWS Lambda y API Gateway.
Gestionar estado, contexto y persistencia de datos en Amazon DynamoDB.
Integrar y optimizar sintetización de voz (TTS) mediante ElevenLabs (API).
Implementar soluciones de baja latencia y alta naturalidad de voz.
Trabajar con Amazon Transcribe y Amazon Lex para ASR y flujos conversacionales.
Desarrollar en Python, utilizando boto3 y SDKs de AWS.
Diseñar arquitecturas serverless, seguras y escalables.
Garantizar cumplimiento normativo aplicando IAM, cifrado y políticas de seguridad en AWS.
✅ Requisitos técnicos
Experiencia sólida en AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM.
Conocimiento práctico de Amazon Transcribe y Amazon Lex.
Integración de servicios de voz vía APIs (ElevenLabs).
Programación en Python.
Experiencia en arquitecturas serverless y soluciones escalables en la nube.
Conocimientos en NLP, ASR y TTS aplicados a entornos productivos.
