SAP Data & Cutover Lead
Key Responsibilities:
SAP Data & Cutover Lead for Malaysia deployment, managing the overall delivery of project to deploy global template.
Experience includes managing project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams.
Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Implement best practices in DTM & Cutover to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Project is based in PJ/ KL area and team would be based onsite ~70% of the time.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8 - 11 years of working experience with at least managing 3-4 SAP Data Migration and Cutover cycles (implementation or rollout).
Experience working on global template deployments is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of SAP delivery methodologies and project governance.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced project environment.
Preferred / Additional Skills
Experience with SAP S/4HANA programs.
Familiarity with LTMC, Migration Cockpit, LVM, ETL tools, or similar migration frameworks.
Prior experience working onsite in client-facing roles.
Exposure to regional or multi-country deployments.
