Step into a pivotal role as an SAP Business Process Automation Associate Manager at Accenture, where you will design and implement innovative automation solutions to transform business operations. Leveraging your expertise in low-code platforms, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and agentic AI, you will work across key business functions such as Finance, Procurement, and HR to optimize processes, integrate systems, and deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced business process automation solutions using low-code platforms, RPA, and AI technologies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and ensure seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems.

  • Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and enhanced decision-making.

  • Provide innovative solutions to address complex business challenges and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Process Automation or related skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in low-code platforms, RPA tools, agentic AI, and SAP integration.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
     

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Advanced proficiency in Data Analysis and Process Mapping to support automation initiatives.

  • Intermediate proficiency in Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement to drive collaboration.

  • Expertise in Change Management to ensure successful adoption of automated solutions.

  • Broad knowledge of Finance, Procurement, and HR processes to design tailored automation solutions.
