Security Architect
La persona seleccionada será responsable de dirigir equipos, asegurar la calidad del servicio, fortalecer la estrategia de detección y respuesta, y coordinar la relación con clientes y stakeholders clave.
esponsabilidades Clave
- Liderar la operación y evolución del servicio MDR, garantizando excelencia operativa y cumplimiento de SLA/KPI.
- Supervisar la operativa de Google Chronicle SIEM y otras herramientas de detección y respuesta.
- Coordinar equipos técnicos en la detección, análisis y respuesta a incidentes de seguridad.
- Tomar decisiones rápidas y efectivas durante incidentes críticos, asignando recursos y priorizando acciones.
- Gestionar proyectos de seguridad: planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y aseguramiento de calidad.
- Asegurar la gobernanza y consistencia en la entrega de servicios de seguridad gestionada.
- Implementar mejoras continuas en procesos, estrategias de detección y capacidades del equipo.
- Consolidar y comunicar información técnica a audiencias no técnicas, incluyendo equipos ejecutivos.
- Gestionar relación con clientes, proveedores y áreas internas, promoviendo transparencia y confianza.
- Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo, orientado al crecimiento, el aprendizaje y la alta performance.
- Dominio avanzado y comprobable en Google Chronicle SIEM (excluyente).
- Experiencia profunda en:
- Operación de servicios gestionados de seguridad (MSS/MDR).
- Análisis de amenazas, vulnerabilidades y respuesta a incidentes.
- Administración de seguridad y procesos de hardening.
- Conocimiento sólido de frameworks y metodologías:
- NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK.
- Familiaridad con ecosistema de seguridad:
- SIEM, EDR, XDR.
- (Deseable) Google Chronicle SOAR.
- Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios.
