Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing resources effectively to deliver engineering solutions across various specializations, including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical engineering, and structural design. You will engage with team members to foster collaboration and drive project success, while also navigating the intricacies of technical management and project assembly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using the CATIA Customization Application Architecture (CAA) toolkit to meet specific engineering and design requirements.
2.Utilize strong C++ programming skills to create robust and efficient software modules that seamlessly integrate with CATIA software.
3.Optimize existing code and troubleshoot issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
4.Integrate CATIA CAA development processes into a DevOps environment to streamline workflows and enhance overall project efficiency.
5.Create and maintain detailed documentation for developed software modules, including design specifications, user manuals, and release notes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1.Must know 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and DELMIA.
2.Proficiency in Git version control tools, with a strong understanding of git flow, branching, merging, and repository management.
3.Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
4.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
1. Must have 8+ years of experience in native application including Catia,Solidworks, Draftsight with 3dexperience integration
2. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
3. Team player and work closely with other peers.
4. This position is based at our Kolkata office.
5. A 15 years full time education is required.
