Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for application-related activities, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs, while continuously monitoring and refining application performance to support operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Document application configurations and maintain up-to-date technical records.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining communication platforms to ensure high availability.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and protocols used in unified communication environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
