This role will allow you to develop your skills in Service Desk Management and be part of meaningful conversations that drive progress. Drive incident and outage resolution and maintain clear communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of service to the production environment efficiently and effectively. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical operations. Maintain data retention practices in alignment with organizational policies. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Beginner proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 0 of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Beginner proficiency in problem solving. Intermediate proficiency in communication skills. Beginner proficiency in incident management. Intermediate proficiency in customer service. Beginner proficiency in process improvement.
