Executive Assistant with German
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support Accenture’s top management in DACH. You’ll be part of our ESS team in Poland, helping leaders stay organized, efficient, and focused on what matters most.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize daily calendars for senior executives.
- Organize travel arrangements (flights, trains, hotels, taxis, rental cars, visas).
- Schedule meetings, calls, and conferences with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively suggest calendar solutions and adapt to changing priorities.
- Follow up on open topics to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle administrative tasks such as printing, invoice control, training registrations, and other business-related activities.
- Communicate professionally via email, chat, and phone.
What You Bring
- Professional proficiency in German (C1) and fluent English (B2) is required.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfort with using PC tools and learning new technologies.
- A customer-focused approach and ability to make decisions on behalf of others.
- Understanding of Customer Care principles
- Understand situations holistically, assess them critically, and are able to decide on behalf of others.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
