Insurance Medical Reimbursement Administrator with German language
The role is open for Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas and Ruse.
The Insurance medical reimbursement administrator will be primarily focused on insurance medical reimbursement tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. This back-office role will involve working closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless underwriting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate medical insurance claims to determine eligibility and reimbursement amounts.
Conduct thorough review and analysis of medical documentation and invoices.
Verify policy coverage and assess claim validity based on policy terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate records of all underwriting activities and documentation.
Adhere to established underwriting guidelines, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Provide support to senior underwriters and managers as needed.
Job Requirements:
Very good knowledge of German language - B2.
Computer literate and experienced in MS Word and Excell.
Attention to details with focus on punctuality when working with documentation.
Ability to prioritize own tasks effectively.
Team-work capabilities – knowledge sharing, providing/seeking guidance and advice when needed.
Previous experience in an administrative position will be considered an advantage.
