We combine deep industry expertise with leading-edge digital technologies to help clients transform how capital projects are executed and how assets are managed—from early strategy and design through to operations, optimisation, and decommissioning.
As an Advisory & Whole Lifecycle Management Manager, you will work at the intersection of business consulting, programme delivery, and digital asset transformation, supporting clients across sectors such as utilities, transport, energy, healthcare, and public infrastructure.

Analyse current capabilities, define future-state roadmaps, and develop business cases aligned to client strategic objectives
Whole Lifecycle Asset Management
Advise on end-to-end asset lifecycle management, from strategy and planning through to delivery, operations, and optimisation
Lead maturity assessments, process design, and capability uplift initiatives, supporting capital planning, performance improvement, and lifecycle cost optimisation

Design and implement technology-enabled solutions (e.g. SAP, Maximo, IFS), incorporating AI, IoT, digital twins, BIM, and advanced analytics
Support OT/IT integration, data strategy development, and intelligent asset ecosystems, including fit-gap analysis and system selection
Programme & Delivery Excellence
Lead or support delivery of complex programmes, ensuring outcomes across time, cost, and quality
Establish and optimise PMO and project control frameworks, using data-driven insights to enhance delivery performance
Client Engagement & Collaboration
Facilitate client workshops and foster strong stakeholder relationships through collaborative, human-centred approaches
Contribute to thought leadership, innovation initiatives, and industry insights
