Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring and managing testing activities, evaluating key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management, and fostering collaboration among team members to maintain continuous improvement in quality processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and knowledge within the quality engineering domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with overall project goals.
- Drive continuous feedback loops to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues throughout the development cycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and their implementation.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
