Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.

Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the development process, coordinating with team members, and ensuring project milestones are met.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Workflow configuration and development
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- MXML configuration and development
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Interaction with users for Design and UAT sign off
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong in XML based programming ( XSLT, Java, XML parsing )
- Good understanding of MXML Data Model
- Good understanding of Operations workflows and Pre/post trade Workflows.
- Experience in previous integration projects where developed API, trade/exchange workflows Technical Knowledge - Java, XML, XSL, Unix Scripting (Shell,Perl), SQL (TSQL/PL SQL), Messaging Queues (MQ, TIBCO)
- Good understanding of Financial products
- Good communication & Problem solving skills
Additional Information:
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Murex Connectivity 2.0.
