Summary:
As a User Experience Designer, a typical day involves deeply understanding the behaviors and requirements of the target users by observing and analyzing how they interact with various systems and perform their tasks. This role focuses on crafting seamless and efficient experiences that align with user expectations and business goals. The workday includes collaborating with diverse teams to gather insights, iterating on design concepts, and ensuring that the final experience is intuitive and accessible for all users. Continuous evaluation and refinement of user journeys are key to delivering an optimized and engaging experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies that enhance product usability and satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on user-centered design goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously assess emerging trends and technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into user experience design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: User Interface Development, Visual Design and Development.
- Strong skills in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive design.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
