Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with organizational goals. This role requires engaging in various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. The practitioner collaborates with different teams to ensure that engineering outputs meet quality standards and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. The work environment encourages problem-solving through a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic considerations, and hands-on experience, fostering continuous learning and innovation throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing expertise and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Design.
- Strong understanding of structural and stress analysis principles relevant to aircraft engineering.
- Experience with configuration management and technical documentation practices.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge to develop practical engineering solutions.
- Familiarity with qualification and certification processes within the aerospace industry.
- Competence in using engineering tools and software to support design and analysis activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
