As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns related to Oracle Customer Care and Billing systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle CC&B applications to meet diverse business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop scalable solutions within the Oracle CC&B environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware tools used in conjunction with Oracle CC&B.
- Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability of Oracle CC&B applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
