  • Posting adverts and managing advert response, monitoring success of advert and working with leads to suggest and make changes where required ​
  • Reviewing and screening applications to ensure steady pipeline of pre-qualified talent suitable for the role is provided to Recruitment colleagues ​
  • Ability to direct source passive candidates to supplement pipelines (where required) and ensure quality shortlists presented​
  • Proactively engages with sourcing colleagues where specialised strategic sourcing or talent prioritisation is required ​
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience through rapport building, timely and meaningful communication ​

Requisitos

*Prior experience in a customer-facing role

*Prior experience of working in high-volume, fast-paced environment with high volume of calls to make

*Fluent Spanish is essential, fluent Portuguese (C1+) is nice to have.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)​
  • Able to work successfully with both pace and accuracy to deliver pre-qualified talent pipelines for a range of roles ​
  • Builds effective relationships with candidate, stakeholders and colleagues​
  • Ideally familiar with sourcing tools, HR and candidate management systems  ​
  • Experience sourcing or screening talent would be highly advantageous ​
  • Experience with MS Excel and PPT ​
  • Growth mindset and proactively committed to continuous learning ​
  • Is a skilled interviewer, able to understand and represent candidate skills and motivations to influence outcomes and act as a talent advocate
