About the Opportunity
We are looking for ambitious Emirati students and recent graduates to join our IT, HR & Finance Internship Program in Dubai. This exciting opportunity provides practical experience across technology and finance functions, allowing interns to develop business, analytical, and technical capabilities in a professional environment.
The program offers hands-on exposure to technology support, financial operations, reporting, and business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support HR reporting and administrative processes.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as required.
Information Technology
- Provide first-level technical support to employees.
- Assist with hardware and software deployment activities.
- Support system testing, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain IT inventories and user records.
- Assist with digital transformation and technology projects.
Finance
- Support invoice processing and financial administration activities.
- Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.
- Help maintain financial records and documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.
- Contribute to finance-related projects and business reviews.
Qualifications
- UAE National with a Family Book.
- Currently enrolled in a university program or a recent graduate.
- Degree preference in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
