Technology Analyst - SAP - Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

- Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for SAP Finance (FI) modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities
- Handle incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements in line with SLA commitments
- Assist in SAP FI configuration, testing, and documentation activities
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions
- Support integration points between SAP FI and other modules such as Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), and Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Prepare functional specifications and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and system configurations
- Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP FI integration with MM and SD modules.

- Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline
- SAP FI or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI)
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles such as IFRS and GAAP.
- Exposure to SAP support or AMS environments is preferred
- Basic knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts is an advantage
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-facing environment.
