Senior ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and optimize end-to-end workflows in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on complex decision points and business logic. This role will lead the implementation of scalable, maintainable workflow solutions aligned with enterprise requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer solutions with conditional logic and decision branching
Translate business requirements into technical workflow designs
Configure business rules, script includes, UI actions, and integrations to support workflow decisions
Ensure workflows follow ServiceNow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and process owners to validate workflow logic
Troubleshoot, test, and refine workflows through deployment and post-release support
Qualifications:
candidate should have minimum 5 years of IT experience and 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in Workflow Editor and/or Flow Designer
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience implementing decision trees, approvals, and conditional routing
ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS certification preferred
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years Overall IT experience.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
