About the Role
Explore new horizons and drive innovation across complex business environments. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic decisions, and deliver impactful solutions across multiple business areas. You will play a key role in shaping operating models, guiding transformation initiatives, and enabling organizations to achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic and transformation initiatives
- Evaluate global, economic, technology, and social trends to inform business decision-making
- Apply deep functional and industry expertise to solve complex business challenges
- Develop strategic recommendations to drive growth and enhance operating model effectiveness
- Design and implement solutions across business, technology, workforce, and operations
- Define and structure enterprise-wide strategic programs to optimize performance and scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes
Core Qualifications
- Master proficiency in Operating Model Development
- Master proficiency in Information Technology Strategy
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or transformation roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics)
Preferred Skills
- Master proficiency in Business Case Development
- Expert proficiency in Value Architecture & Value Realization
- Advanced proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment
- Advanced proficiency in Strategic Planning
- Intermediate proficiency in Change Management

- Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable strategies
- Demonstrated capability to design and implement high-performing operating models
