THE WORK:

As a Leading Consultant within our SAP HCM practice, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and technology, supporting large‑scale transformation initiatives. You will help shape business solutions that deliver tangible value by translating business needs into technology‑enabled operating models. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.

  • Assess current‑state processes and capture high‑level business requirements.

  • Define business solutions and translate business needs into technology‑enabled designs.

  • Support transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding key implementation activities.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, taking responsibility for team decisions and contributing to key delivery outcomes.

  • Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure effective execution.

  • Create clear and structured documentation to communicate business requirements and solution designs. 

  • Support change management activities by engaging stakeholders and promoting adoption of new processes and systems. 

  • Monitor emerging trends and technologies to recommend innovative approaches that enhance business performance.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Experience in business architecture, business analysis, or business technology transformation roles.

  • Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured solutions.

  • Proven experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders in complex environments.

  • Minimum 3 end‑to‑end projects performed in the role of SuccessFactors Time Management Lead Consultant.

  • Master‑level proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

  • Associate or Professional SAP SuccessFactors Certification.

  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

  • Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives and change activities.

  • Fluent English is required, as the client environment is international.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience working on large‑scale, international transformation programs.

  • Background in HR or workforce‑related business processes.

  • Familiarity with operating model design and business case development.

  • Knowledge of SAP HCM PT (Time Management) on‑premise.
