Responsibilities:

Lead and support Crisis Management activities, including preparedness, response coordination, and crisis governance

Design, implement, and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs

Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA), including hands-on execution and stakeholder engagement

Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response plans

Support and operate Crisis Management and Business Continuity platforms/tools

Apply and align practices with ISO 22301 (BCMS) and ISO 22300 standards

Bridge Crisis Management and Business Continuity practices to ensure an integrated resilience approach

Collaborate with client stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and leadership
5+ years of relevant experience
Strong hands-on experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, or both
Direct experience executing Business Impact Assessments (BIA)
Experience working with Business Continuity platforms/tools
Experience working with Crisis Management platforms
Ability to effectively connect and integrate crisis response and business continuity planning
Certifications & Standards
Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management Systems
Familiarity with ISO 22300 terminology and principles
Crisis-related certifications are a strong plus
