SAP Solution Architect
THE WORK:
Join us in crafting innovative solutions that truly make a difference. We are looking for a Senior SAP Solution Architect with over 15 years of hands-on SAP experience, including more than 5 years in a lead solution architect role. You’ll be a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA, responsible for shaping high-impact solutions, leading end-to-end solutioning across the SAP stack, and working collaboratively with global delivery teams.
You will utilize your influencing and advisory skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and contribute to critical decision-making. As a thought leader and strong innovator, you will help drive business value through the strategic use of modern tooling and AI, delivering compelling and competitive solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and architect end-to-end SAP solutions, with a strong focus on S/4HANA, across diverse industries and business domains.
Design comprehensive solution approaches, including technical architecture, cost models, and staffing strategies.
Drive solutioning for complex proposals and competitive bids, clearly articulating value through storytelling and effective communication.
Facilitate seamless transitions from solution design through to mobilization and stabilization phases.
Collaborate closely with global delivery teams to ensure alignment, quality, and successful implementation.
Innovate using emerging technologies, automation, and AI to enhance delivery effectiveness and solution quality.
Act as a thought leader and trusted advisor within the SAP community and broader technology landscape.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Proven expertise as a Senior SAP Solution Architect, with 15+ years of SAP experience and at least 5 years in a lead architect capacity.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, and experience in leading full lifecycle SAP implementations.
Demonstrated success in designing and delivering winning solutions for complex client needs and proposals.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and storytelling skills.
Strong leadership and people management experience, particularly with global and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in leveraging AI and tooling to create innovative and efficient solution architectures.
Beginner to intermediate proficiency in general Solution Architecture methodologies and frameworks.
