Role Overview
As a Manager – Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in defining opportunities that deliver tangible business value. You will lead current state assessments, identify high-level customer requirements, and design business solutions and structures to realize these opportunities. You will also develop business cases to support strategic decision-making and oversee their implementation.
You will act as a subject matter expert, managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment with business goals. You will be accountable for team decisions and provide solutions to complex problems that span multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive current state assessments to identify gaps and opportunities aligned with client objectives.
Define and design business solutions and architectures to support strategic goals and operational improvements.
Develop detailed business cases outlining benefits, costs, and risks to justify proposed solutions.
Lead workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Align project goals with business objectives through collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Provide subject matter expertise in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling, guiding the design and implementation of solutions.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Business Design, and SAP CO Overhead Cost Controlling.
Manage and mentor team members, enhancing their skills in business architecture and strategic planning.
Oversee documentation efforts to support project lifecycle activities and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Engage with multiple teams to contribute to critical decisions and resolve cross-team challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in business architecture, ERP implementations, or related roles.
Expert proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling is mandatory.
Advanced knowledge of Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Business Design, and SAP CO Overhead Cost Controlling is highly desirable.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in the oil and gas industry or large-scale ERP projects is an advantage.
