Job Description

We are seeking for a new talent to join the Program, Project Service Management team for a Government agency.

Responsibilities

As a Program Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for the assigned program, project, or contracted service.

  • You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
  • You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and make team decisions.
  • Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • You will also be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
  • Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, Scope Management, and Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK with advanced proficiency are recommended.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program project outcomes
  • Lead and motivate cross functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

  • Estimation and Planning P3 Advanced
  • Risk Management P3 Advanced
  • Scope Management P3 Advanced
  • Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK P3 Advanced
